I don't think so, there isn't another better time.
One one hand , because you live with your parents and they pays for all your youth, your food and your parties.

On the other hand, you can't come late home, because they'll be worried about you, and you can't do what you want.

But when you marry and leave home, the big problems will come immediatlly.

In conclusion, youth is the best part and maybe the most important of our life.
